A "player draft" was employed to introduce as much team parity as possible to the league.  Please visit the "Scores & Stats" page of this web-site to determine the equality of the four (4) teams competing.   Each team is comprised of fourteen (14) players.  All players on the team roster who are present will be in the batting lineup and will have an equal opportunity for defensive play.  The teams are comprised of twelve (12) defensive players in the field.  There are no paid umpires and the catcher has the responsibility of calling balls,  strikes and foul balls;  the third base coach calls plays at second and third, and the first base coach calls plays at first and at home. The 2007 "Fall" league will conclude on Friday October 26th and there will be a new player draft in the fall of 2008.
